A property manager can be reached during our office hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Tenants have access to our 24/7 Emergency Hotline for after hours emergencies.
Can you deposit funds directly into my bank account?
Yes.
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we have agents that can assist you in the purchase or sale of real estate.
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner distributions are made on or before the 20th of every month.
How is rent collection handled?
We offer our tenants a variety of ways to pay rent... online payments, direct deposit, certified checks can be dropped off in office or our drop box.
How long of a lease do you sign?
Standard policy is to sign a 12 month lease, however we offer flexible terms based on our clients needs.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Our typical security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can typically begin management within 48 hours after completing the property management agreement.
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Our clients receive monthly and annual financial statements along with a year end 1099 tax form.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Security Deposits are held by our company in a trust account.
